i'm having an issue where the stairs from my base that goes underground has been blocked off underground, someone took the land beneath it, and blocked off the area so i can't use it. they also blocked off the enterance further down in the underground so that one can't be used either. i'd love to hear from a mod or something to see if they could do something about this.
